TEXAS GUN SHOWS VENDOR AGREEMENT

Texas Gun Shows is a family owned and operated business and is only the promoter of the show.  Texas Gun Shows exercises no control over the vendors.  Each vendor is bound by local, state and federal laws, as such each vendor is bound to adhere to all laws, rules and regulations, including all registration and licensing.

By participating in this show and signing this agreement, I understand and agree that I am an independent vendor and the fee paid to Texas Gun Shows is for booth rent only.  Further, I understand that each vendor is responsible for collecting and remitting to the proper authority, local and state sales tax.  Under no circumstances is Texas Gun Shows responsible for paying vendors taxable sale(s).

I understand I am an independent vendor and Texas Gun Shows is not responsible in any way for any warranty, discount or customer return in any form of product(s) that I am selling or have sold.  I understand I need to have my company and warranty information clearly stated for the customers.

FIREARMS

Vendors are not allowed to have loaded weapons on their person or table location(s).  If you are found to be in violation you will collect your items and vacate the building immediately and will not be allowed to participate with Texas Gun Shows in the future.

All firearms must be secured.  Only Vendors are allowed to remove secure ties.  If you remove a tie to inspect a firearm, you MUST re-secure that firearm before it leaves your table.  If there is a discharge at your table you will collect your items and vacate the building immediately and will not be allowed to participate with Texas Gun Shows in the future.

It is your responsibility to be familiar with State and Federal Laws concerning private gun sales.  We have listed below a few reminders.  Please protect yourself.  If you have any questions please ask and we will direct you to a Licensed FFL dealer in the show.

1.           It is only legal to sell to other residents of Texas.  That is federal law. So you must ask for a Texas driver’s license.

2.           You cannot buy it today and sell it today to another person.  That is "dealing".

3.           You cannot act as an agent and sell someone else's gun, etc.

THE SAFETY OF ALL MUST BE OUR FIRST CONCERN!
